Daily maintenance of compressive strength instrument
1. Each part of the compressive strength meter should be wiped clean frequently. After wiping the surface without paint, it should be wiped again with cotton yarn stained with a small amount of engine oil to prevent rust. During the rainy season, more attention should be paid to wiping. When not in use, it should be covered with a dust cover to prevent dust intrusion.
2. All valves on the control cabinet of the compressive strength meter should not be opened and placed to prevent dust from entering the interior and affecting the sensitivity of the measuring mechanism.
3. Long-term frequent use may cause the oil volume to decrease or deteriorate, and the oil volume should be checked every 1-3 months according to the usage. After the equipment stops running for 15 minutes, observe the oil window on the left side of the control cabinet meter. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add the same kind of hydraulic oil to the middle position of the oil window; if the oil has deteriorated, replace it with new hydraulic oil.
4. Frequent use of compressive strength tester for tensile breaking test may cause some fasteners to loosen.
