Honeywell SIS Safety Manager
- Safety Manager Controller ensures safe operation,communication, diagnostics, and fault handling.
Key components: Control Processor, Chassis, BKM, and CPB with a redundant bus.
Control Processor includes QPP, USI, PSU, and BKM for safety-critical tasks.
QPP executes programs, syncs redundant controllers, and performs diagnostics.
USI handles communication via Ethernet and RS232/RS485, with galvanic isolation.
PSU provides 5Vdc power to the controller and I/O modules, ensuring isolation.
