Honeywell HC900 Process and Safety Systems
The Honeywell HC900 hybrid controller is an advanced loop/logic hybrid control unit with a modular design to meet the control and data management needs of a variety of process equipment. Optional 1042 and 559 operator panel or HCi universal color touch screen can also be used with the controller. The operator panel has been fully integrated into the controller database, so that the user's system configuration and system integration time is greatly reduced. This super hybrid design, coupled with Honeywell field application test, well received control technology, provides users with an ideal solution for process control. At the same time, due to the use of open Ethernet connection and Modbus TCP protocol, a variety of third-party HMI/SCADA software can be used to achieve network access.

The Honeywell HC900 hybrid controller is an advanced loop/logic hybrid control unit with a modular design to meet the control and data management needs of a variety of process equipment. The operator panel has been fully integrated into the controller database, so that the user's system configuration and system integration time is greatly reduced. Easy-to-use, Windows-based hybrid control design software that can be operated via Ethernet, RS232 port or modem connection, simplifying controller and operator tray configuration. The software provides advanced monitoring functions for debugging and error correction; allows configuration changes in operating mode while still keeping the process control status on site unaffected; and uploads complete, illustrated, graphical controller and operator panel configurations.
The HC900 controller provides high-quality PID loop control and provides more robust analog processing than most logic controllers while ensuring logic control. Various logic and algorithm function modules can be executed in a single, fast scan cycle. At the same time, the logic module and the analog function module can also be executed in the same scanning cycle. These function blocks can be fully integrated into a mixed analog and logic control strategy to achieve the desired control effect.
