Principle
The pipeline is provided with multiple sensors, each consisting of two temperature sensing platinum resistors Ra and Rw.
Ra is used to measure the fluid temperature. During the entire measurement process, the current I is used to heat Rw, and the heating current I is controlled so that the temperature Tw of Rw and the temperature difference ΔT between the fluid temperature Ta are always kept constant.
The amount of heat RwI2 carried away by the fluid from Rw is a function of the mass flow rate ρU. By measuring the heating current I, the mass flow of the fluid can be obtained.
Finally, the average value of each measurement result can offset the error caused by the change of flow velocity distribution and realize high precision measurement.
